The timeline depends on plot size, number of floors and design. As a general guide, the grey structure (Phases 1 and 2) of a 5 to 10 marla house takes around 3 to 4 months, and the services and finishing (Phases 3 and 4) take a further 3 to 5 months. We share a clear schedule before work begins.
